When Pigs Escape is a documentary about the remarkable story of Matilda, a pig who escaped from a Nottinghamshire farm to give birth to her babies in the woods shortly after.

This documentary recounts the campaign to save this pig family and follows them in their new life after being rescued by Brinsley Animal Rescue and Surge Sanctuary.
It is an uplifting story and an invitation to see pigs like you have never seen them before.

The screening will be followed by a live Q&A with the director of When Pigs Escape, Jusep Moreno, and the co-founders of Brinsley Animal Rescue and Surge Sanctuary.

All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Brinsley Animal Rescue and Surge Sanctuary.

This documentary has been made with the support of The Culture and Animals Foundation.
